Berry shows only alerts of the future than now. (To be precise, it shows alerts up to 1-2 hours ago.)
You are in a company A in London, UK. The meeting of the Chinese branch company B is from 15:00 China time. When you register this, Berry will show both London and China time.
If you are traveling to the United States, you can change your time zone from the settings page.
There is no sound or pop-up screen to alert you of the alert time.
